If you want to understand God’s Word, you are well advised with a tribe. After each passage of the Bible, most of the study bibles in the paragraph are followed by an explanatory part, Bible texts are explained in more detail, important verses are elaborated and explained in detail. Here you can immerse yourself in God’s Word. You can find cross-references to matching other biblical passages and you can work so much more purposefully.
Under the information you will find information such as title, author, time of composition, environment, historical topics and backgrounds. Study Bibles contain different sized tables and geographic maps. You will learn more about Bible figures and their lives in the study bibles than in any other Bible. ….. I am personally fascinated, for example, by the chronology of the Old Testament kings and prophets and the introduction to the prophetic books.
The meaningful divisions of the respective books summarize the sequence in short bullet points. So you can look up quickly. This distinguishes study bibles from the Bible! There are also differences among the tribe. Find your study Bible here

here are a few Comments:
Best bible ever!
As a man who has owned many bibles in his life, I have never experienced one like this. The print is perfect, the Bible lays flat during the sermon with no help. the resource guide in the middle provides you with every thing that is needed. when this wears out, I will be buying the exact one again. That will be years to come, wonderful binding and beautiful matte finish pages. Excellent Bible.
Beautifully made and plenty of useful resources for anyone who’s involved in ministry. Nice bindings, extra resources need to be studied out – Though I am not a minister, I was interested to see what all this publication of the Bible contained, as I heard it had extra resources. It is a soft leather and very comfortable to hold. There are three bookmarks, which is a major plus for me, as I usually read in more than one place at a time.
The text is small print (not tiny, but definitely not large print) and portions of Scripture are separated by titles and captions. In the center of the Bible is a tab for easy flipping to the minister’s resources (which thus make this a minister’s Bible). I didn’t read through all of them, but skimmed somewhat, just to see what they were like.
One of the categories that I read was on baptism. I found that some of the method suggestions and approach used was a little extra-Biblical (almost leaning toward baptism being what seals our salvation, rather than it just being a symbol). On that note, I would mention that though there are these resources, whoever is using the Bible should be careful to be certain that the material given here is actually in line with the content of God’s Word.
Great gift for a young preacher
When Thomas Nelson offered to send me a copy of the KJV Minister’s Bible for review, I jumped at the chance thinking how nice it would be to pass it along to a young man recently called to preach. So I review this particular book not as someone accustomed to the pulpit but as a shopper for such a man. The Bible comes packaged in an attractive black box with gold lettering. However, upon opening the box the book itself is very unassuming.
It has no indication on the cover that it is designed for a minister and the spine shows only “Holy Bible” and the publisher’s symbol. The copy I received was the trademarked Leathersoft and it feels absolutely sumptuous. There is a very simple presentation page, an index then on just the fifth page is the dedication from the translators to King James.
I think this simplicity is great because you aren’t carrying around a lot of extra pages – and therefore weight – used only to explain the content of the bible. The text is printed in Thomas Nelson’s KJV Typeface which was specifically designed for these Bibles. There is nothing but the scripture, no pronunciation guides, no cross-references and not a word of commentary. As I said before, that seems good from a streamlining perspective and I imagine it is designed with the intent that the man of God would be studying with other books at hand and then carrying only this to deliver his message. As for readability, it maybe seems a little bit small and compressed to me.
There are three ribbon markers which would be very helpful when setting up to turn to different references. It had lay-flat binding which delivers as promised once you’ve turned about 100 pages into the book.
Between the Old and New Testaments you’ll find the minister’s portion of this Bible. There you’ll find nearly 200 pages of resource material for weddings, funerals, dedications, communion services, baptisms and worship. While perhaps a seasoned minister would scoff at the material, I can certainly see that it would help to guide a novice. Even as a layperson, there are verses to share with the sick and dying and witnessing guidance that I would find very useful.
This Bible ends as quickly as it began with only five pages of end-material. Included in those are reading plans for “30 days with Jesus” and reading the Bible through in a year – both which I found very useful.

Full-color maps are included to enhance your study
Best study bible for seekers
The New (2015) revised Amplified Holy Bible is great, and I am very glad to have it. This is the AMP Study Bible in two tone brown imitation leather. I like this version better, I believe, than the previous 1987 version. I have that in the topical reference bible which is great also.
This one I can highly recommend!
I love the indexed topical study notes in the back much more than a regular concordance. Beautiful color maps, in text tables, maps, etc. are helpful for studying right where you are in your reading.
If you like the AMP you’ll love this one. There are commentary notes at the page bottoms, but not every verse so they don’t take up half the page like some study bibles. This one was very well done!
A GREAT BIBLE at a great price!! If you like the older AMP version I think you’ll love this if you want a study bible.
